Why am I sent to another website to buy?
Earthly Treasures is my journal, not a shop. I spend my time finding and testing sustainable pieces, and when you click to buy, you go to the brand’s own website to complete your order securely.
Does it cost me more to shop through Earthly Treasures?
Not at all. You pay the same price the brand offers, and sometimes I can share exclusive discount codes. I may earn a small commission from the brand, which helps me keep the journal free for you.
How is my order delivered?
Because you buy directly from the brand, they handle the packaging and delivery, and you’ll get tracking information from them.
What is the return policy?
Returns follow the policy of the brand you bought from, and these vary. Please check the brand’s own returns page before you order, so you know exactly what to expect.
How do you choose the brands you feature?
I look for six Earthly Pillars: low impact production, responsible materials, ethical and inclusive practices, community and craft preservation, circular design, and transparency and accountability.
Do brands use eco friendly packaging?
Packaging varies from brand to brand, and I can’t always confirm how each one packs and ships its orders. If packaging matters to you, it’s worth checking the brand’s website or asking them directly before you order.
