To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in stock and available for purchase from a UK-based website in GBP (£) at the time of your request.
- The product must be identical in terms of colour, size, finish, and style.
- The product must be full price and not subject to any discounts or reductions at the time of your request.
- The price must include delivery to the same location; a postcode may be required for verification.

- Price match requests must be submitted before purchase—we cannot apply a price match retrospectively.
- The issued discount or promotional code will be linked to your account and can only be used by you.

- Our Price Promise does not apply to imitated products.

- Refuse a price match if it would result in a financial loss or unacceptable profit margins.
- Limit the number of price matches per customer.
- Exclude trade or wholesale prices.
- Withdraw or amend the Price Promise at any time.
