As a marketplace supporting independent UK makers, each item is shipped directly from the artisan or brand who made it.

• Delivery times vary depending on the maker and product — most handcrafted or made-to-order pieces arrive within 2–6 weeks, while ready-to-ship items typically arrive within 5–10 working days.
• If you are ordering items from different brands then shipping from each brand will be charged as the items ship from different locations. A total for multiple shippings will be shown at checkout.
• You’ll receive tracking details or delivery updates directly from us once your order has been dispatched.
• Currently, we deliver across the UK only.
  

📦 Packaging

Because we work with a range of UK-based brands and artisans, packaging methods may vary. Many of our partners use eco-friendly or recyclable materials in every process possible, but this can differ between makers.

At Earthly Treasures, we’re committed to encouraging all our partners to use sustainable, minimal packaging and to reduce waste wherever possible. We also encourage customers to recycle or reuse their packaging wherever possible.

💚 Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Start your return: Please email support@earthlytreasures.co.uk with your order number, name and return reason.
• Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged. We will provide you with return instructions. The cost of the item to return it will be deducted from your refund received.
• Damaged or faulty products please contact: support@earthlytreasures.co.uk immediately upon inspecting your item.
• All refunds will go back on the original card payment method used.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty, as they’re created specifically for you.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once the item is received and inspected.
