Upcycled: The Willow is handmade from recycled Green Sandalwood and Maple wood furniture. These upcycled woods boast natural green and brown hues, unique to every unit. The distinct angular watch dial sports the same colour scheme as the wooden watch body and strap, in keeping with the naturalistic styling and values of The Willow.
Subtle Styling: The angular design of the watch body is the centre of The Willow’s styling. The watch's face is decorated with simple markings, allowing the natural woods to be the star, without the distraction of extravagant accents. The Willow runs with accurate Japanese Quartz movement and is fastened with a bracelet clasp.
Recyclable Packaging: This wristwatch is extremely lightweight and shipped in eco-friendly packaging designed to be kinder to the environment. All orders from us are shipped carbon neutrally and for free.
Vegan, Sustainable Style: The Willow is a vegan watch. Every timepiece we produce has sustainability at its heart. 250kg of carbon is offset with each order and 10 tree's planted, our workforce is carbon negative, and we donate 1% of all our sales to a charity chosen by you after you checkout!

As a marketplace supporting independent UK makers, each item is shipped directly from the artisan or brand who made it.
- Delivery times vary depending on the maker and product — most handcrafted or made-to-order pieces arrive within 2–6 weeks, while ready-to-ship items typically arrive within 5–10 working days.
- If you are ordering items from different brands then shipping from each brand will be charged as the items ship from different locations. A total for multiple shippings will be shown at checkout.
- You’ll receive tracking details or delivery updates directly from us once your order has been dispatched.
- Currently, we deliver across the UK only.

Because we work with a range of UK-based brands and artisans, packaging methods may vary. Many of our partners use eco-friendly or recyclable materials in every process possible, but this can differ between makers.
At Earthly Treasures, we’re committed to encouraging all our partners to use sustainable, minimal packaging and to reduce waste wherever possible. We also encourage customers to recycle or reuse their packaging wherever possible.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Start your return: Please email support@earthlytreasures.co.uk with your order number, name and return reason.
- Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged. We will provide you with return instructions. The cost of the item to return it will be deducted from your refund received.
- Damaged or faulty products please contact: support@earthlytreasures.co.uk immediately upon inspecting your item.
- All refunds will go back on the original card payment method used.
- Made-to-order or custom pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty, as they’re created specifically for you.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once the item is received and inspected.
